CANCELLATION POLICIES DURING NON-PEAK SEASON, HOLIDAYS AND LONG WEEKENDS.

Cancellation or changes with a notice of 21 days or more will be charged a 15% value of the total cost of the tour.

Cancellation or changes with a notice of 20 to 15 days will be charged a 50% value of the total cost of the tour.

Cancellation or changes with a notice of 14 to 0 days will be charged a 100% value of the total cost of the tour.

CANCELLATION POLICIES DURING PEAK SEASON, HOLIDAYS, AND LONG WEEKENDS.

Cancellation or changes with a notice of 45 days or more will be charged a 15% value of the total cost of the tour.

Cancellation or changes with a notice of 44 to 31 days will be charged a 50% value of the total cost of the tour.

Cancellation or changes with a notice of 30 to 0 days will be charged a 100% value of the total cost of the tour.

NOTE: CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS IN ALL TOUR PACAKGES VISITING CHIAPAS CANNOT BE MADE.

Peak season charges will be applied to destinations that have important events, concerts etc such as:

The Cervantino International Festival in Guanajuato, The Film Festival in Morelia, The San Marcos Fair in Aguascalientes, The Guelaguetza in Oaxaca, The Annual Grape Harvest Festival in Ensenada, etc.
